CCECSS accepts CASH or CHEQUE only. Programs may be canceled one week before start date if enrollment is low. Get your name on the list early to avoid disappointment! Printable registration form below.

Preschool Camps (3-5 Years)

 

Kindergym                              4-5 years

Gymnasts will learn gymnastics fundamentals, such as rolls, cartwheel, and handstands, and will also learn rhythmic gymnastics skills, using apparatus such as ribbons, hoops, and balls.

Mini Chefs                            3-5 years

Join us in Mini Chefs to learn how to create a variety of delicious foods and snacks every week. Explore new cuisines and learn how to make healthy options for snacks.

Ninja Gym                           5-7 years

This class is designed for energetic kids who always want to run and be upside down. Ninja Gym teaches fundamental gymnastics skills in a structured class, with a focus on agility, balance, and   coordination.

Karate                                      6+ years

This class in the traditional art of Goju-Rju. Karate is suitable for all members of the family, Bo Staff will be used.   Instructed by Sensei Stephen Jasper, 2nd Dan black belt.

Ball Hockey                        8-12 years

Kids will enjoy this indoor ball hockey program. Each session will be a little different and focus on basic skill development, game play, teamwork and of course, fun!

Introduction to Lacrosse!                      8-12 years 

Come out and try lacrosse in a fun and safe environment! A program designed for new/ beginning lacrosse players to have fun while developing basic skills and sportsmanship. All equipment is provided!

Sparkles                                6-8years

Kids will have fun and get physically active while learning the basics of rhythmic gymnastics! Class will incorporate movement to music with a variety of apparatus such as ribbons, hoops, ropes, balls etc. Certified coaches!

 Creativity Camps 6-12 years 

 

Piano lessons beginner through advanced, for children and adults. Flexible days and times available. Call to reserve your spot!

Stage Stars Drama               8-12 years

Students will learn the joy of basic acting through a fun and dramatic class   including stage              performance, role playing, dress up, behind the scenes and more.

Treasure Finds Art               8-12  years

Use miscellaneous materials and objects to create works of art including collage and sculpture-like creations that tell a  story as unique as its artist.

Portraiture & Figure Drawing         10-12  years

A face says a lot! Learn how to draw the facial    features that make each person distinct. Learn methods and techniques to draw the human face and figure with a few simple steps.

Positively Girls                      7-12 years

Join an all girls group to create friendships and enjoy activities with other girls! Build character strengths, laugh, and have fun!

Home Alone Plus                     10+ years

An interactive, participatory program that is designed to teach children to make safe choices while at home alone plus basics in first aid. Bring a snack.

Red Cross Babysitters Course      11-15yrs

Learn about your rights and responsibilities, how to care for a child, how to deal with emergency    situations, and basic first aid.  Wallet  completion card and workbook included. Bring a lunch & pen.

Thursday, July 13th    9am to 5pm    $45

 

Mysteries of Science & Magic                 7-11 yrs

 Explosions! Gooey slime! Disappearing colors! Stinky smells! Welcome to the wonderful world of science. Throughout the course you’ll discover how the human body works, the wonder behind soap, the awesome power of yeast, and so much more!  Also discover the art of magic and illusion. This course not only promises to teach you the magic trick but how to present it to the audience as well. Participants will have something awesome to take home with them after every session.

Art Exploration                     8-12 years

Youth will learn  a mixed medium style of art such as: stenciling, air brush silhouette, acrylic painting, pencil drawing, clay and more. They will experiment with different art mediums to create wonderful works of art!  Supplies included.

Kids in the Kitchen         6-12 years

Participants will prepare an appetizer, main course and dessert each to take home. New recipes each session.

Licensed Summer Fun All Day Camps

Kindergarten to 12 years)

 Monday-Friday, 9-5pm, $27/day

Our leaders will keep the children engaged throughout the week all summer long with games, sports, crafts, walks, water fun and fieldtrips! Sign up for a day, a week or the whole summer. Don’t forget to bring your lunch, snacks, drinks, non-marking shoes, bathing suit, towel, sun screen, hat and be prepared for lots of fun!

 

Week 1-Somewhere in Space  July 10-14

Grab your moon suit and join us on a weeklong adventure into space!  We will investigate the solar system and see what it takes to be an astronaut! 

 

Week 2 -Lego Mania         July 17-21

Do you like Lego? We will have daily Lego building challenges. Discover different building techniques; and more!

 

Week 3- Gardens Galore    July 24-28

Do you have a green thumb or like to play in the dirt?  We will spend time at our local community garden and  hopefully pick some fresh veggies to try! 

 

Week 4-Superhero Academy    July 31-Aug 4

Do you have special super powers? We will be bringing out our inner super heroes and showing off our secret super powers.

 

Week 5 -Animal Adventure       Aug 8-11

Ever wonder what it’s like to live on a farm? Join us as we  discover farm life and learn about the animals commonly found on farms.

 

Week 6-Wilderness Awareness      Aug 14-18

Come on out and explore the outdoors while learning about bugs! We will do crafts and games related to each bug we learn about! 

 

 Week 7 -Game On!                 Aug 21-25

You name it; we will play it! Hockey, Basketball, Soccer, Dodgeball, Lacrosse and more! Learn the basic skills and play some new games! 

 

 Adult Classes 18+

Yoga for Beginners                                     18+      

Improve strength, flexibility, reduce stress, and find inner calm in a beginner welcome class. Please bring your own mat or blanket.
